RETURNS

If you are not completely satisfied with any of the items in your purchase we will happily offer you an exchange or refund within 14 days of receipt, provided the items are unworn, swing tags still attached and the garments are still  in 100% perfect condition. 

HOW TO RETURN GOODS: 

Please return goods unworn - please try on all knickers over your lingerie as we will not accept returns of soiled or worn lingerie. Please clearly fill in the returns form (using block capitals) specifying refund or exchange and enclose it in your return package.

PLEASE PACK INTO A SECURE PARCEL AND SEND TO:

We do not accept responsibility for goods lost in transit, therefore we strongly recommend that you send them by registered post and retain proof of posting.

Please allow 3-4 days for your package to reach us (longer if outside of the UK) and up to 14 working days upon our receipt of your package for your exchange or refund to be issued. Customers will be refunded in the way we received funds from your original payment. For Security : We do not issue refunds to a third party.

If you wish to exchange for an item that is out of stock we will inform you so that you may choose, store credit, an alternative or a refund. This does not affect your statutory rights.
